摘要
目的探讨奥卡西平+补脑止痫饮对癫痫患者血清IL-6、IL-1β、NMDAR1的影响作用。方法选取2018年8月-2019年8月本院收治的癫痫患者86例作为该研究对象,并将其随机分为两组,各43例,对照组应用补脑止痫饮治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用奥卡西平治疗。比价两组患者的血清IL-6、IL-1β、NMDAR1水平以及不良反应。结果研究组的血清IL-6、IL-1β、NMDAR1水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在癫痫的治疗过程当中,采用奥卡西平结合补脑止痫饮对其实施治疗,不仅能够降低血清NMDAR1、IL-1β及IL-6水平以及不良反应发生率,还能够改善中医证候,发作次数少,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of oxcarbazepine and Buxue Zhiyin Decoction on serum IL-6,IL-1βand NMDAR1 in patients with epilepsy.Methods 86 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases each.The control group was treated with Bugnao Zhiyin Decoction,and the study group was compared.The group was based on the treatment of oxcarbazepine.Serum IL-6,IL-1β,NMDAR1 levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The serum levels of IL-6,IL-1βand NMDAR1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment of epilepsy,treatment with oxcarbazepine combined with Buxue Zhiyin Decoction can not only reduce serum NMDAR1,IL-1B and IL-6 levels and the incidence of adverse reactions,but also improve TCM syndromes.The number of times is small,and it should be further promoted and applied clinically.
