股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的效果分析被引量：2

摘要目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板(PFLP)在临床治疗中老年股骨转子间骨折的应用价值。方法选取2016-07—2018-06间濮阳市中医医院收治的52例股骨转子间骨折患者作为观察对象,均予以股骨近端锁定钢板治疗。对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组手术时间为(97.86±20.29)min,术中出血量为(129.80±36.48)mL。术后并发肺部感染3例、下肢静脉栓塞2例,均经对症治疗后痊愈。随访12个月期间均获骨性愈合,骨折愈合时间为(14.26±3.16)周。未发生髋内翻、内固定松动或断裂等并发症。末次随访,根据Harris评分标准评定髋关节功能:优29例、良19例、可4例,优良率为92.31%。结论PFLP治疗股骨转子间骨折,骨折固定稳定,术后并发症少,能够促进髋关节功能早期恢复。
