摘要
快速增长的来华留学规模对我国面向留学生的教育管理及服务提出了更高的要求。留学生辅导员长期存在的管理职责模糊、队伍构成多元等成为制约来华留学规模发展和质量提升的瓶颈。为此应在思想理论教育和价值引领、班级、学风建设、日常事务管理、心理健康教育、网络思想教育、校园危机事件应对、职业规划与就业创业指导等方面发挥职能作用,打造专业化留学生辅导员队伍。
The rapid growth of the international students in China places higher requirements for education management and service.The long-standing ambiguity of management responsibilities and diverse team composition of counselors have become the bottleneck restricting the scale and quality of overseas students studying in China.This papers points out that a professional team of international student counselors should play an important role in ideological and theoretical education,value guidance,academic atmosphere and discipline fostering,daily affairs management,mental health education,network ideological education,campus crisis response,career planning,employment and entrepreneurship guidance,etc.
