摘要 目的探讨细化评分标准在外科基本技能考评中的应用,旨在提高考核的公平性,进一步提高教学质量。方法将外科基本技能操作无菌术、换药术、手术器械的使用、缝合打结等基本的评分标准进行细化,随机选择10名临床医学专业本科三年级学生进行考核,考核时每名医学生分别由2位教师使用未细化的评分表进行评分,另外2位教师同时使用细化后评分表进行评分,比较使用同一个评分标准2位教师的评分差。对比未细化的评分表和细化后评分表不同教师的评分差。结果应用未细化的评分表进行评分的2位教师所打分值差异具有统计学意义(P=0.015),应用细化的评分表进行评分的2位教师所打分值差异无统计学意义(P=1.452)。结论细化后的评分表不同的教师评分差异性小,评分更精准,能够客观、准确地反映学生对操作的掌握程度。 Objective To explore the application of refined scoring criteria in the evaluation of basic surgical skills in order to improve the fairness of the assessment and further improve the quality of teaching. Methods The basic scoring standards of surgical skills such as aseptic oper-ation, changing the medical prescription or fresh dressing for a wound, the use of surgical instru-ments, suture and knotting were refined. Ten junior undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine were randomly selected for assessment. Each medical student was assessed by two teachers using an unclassified scoring table, while the other two teachers evaluated them with the refined scor-ing table at the same time. The difference between scores given by two teachers who used the sa-me scoring standard was compared, and the comparison of the differences of teachers’ scores was made between the non-refined and the refined scales. Results There was a significant difference in the scores of the two teachers who scored with the unclassified scoring table(P=0.015), but there was no significant difference in the scores of the two teachers who scored with the refined scoring table(P=1.452). Conclusion Using the refined scoring table, the scores made by dif-ferent teachers demonstrate little difference and are more precise, reflecting the students’ learning of the operation objectively and accurately.
