摘要
目的 探析原发性痛经采用针灸疗法治疗的临床效果.方法 选取吉林医药学院附属465医院2018年6月至2019年3月收治的原发性痛经患者78例,通过双盲法将其分为常规组与观察组,各39例.常规组采用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,300?mg/次,一个疗程为5?d,持续治疗3个疗程;观察组采用针刺与艾灸选穴治疗,持续治疗三个月经周期.比较2组治疗效果、疼痛评分.结果 治疗后,观察组总疗效高于常规组,疼痛评分低于常规组(P<0.05).结论 针灸疗法用于原发性痛经患者中效果确切,能有效缓解疼痛,适合临床普及.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Totally 78 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected from 465 Hospital Affiliated to Jilin Medical College from June 2018 to March 2019,According to the double-blind grouping standard,it was divided into the conventional group and the observation group,39 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsule,300 mg/time,a course of 5 days,three courses of continuous treatment;the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint selection,three menstrual cycles of continuous treatment.The therapeutic effect and pain score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the pain score was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has definite effect in primary dysmenorrhea patients,can effectively relieve pain,and is suitable for clinical popularization.
