摘要
医疗联合是促进医疗资源整合,实现健康中国战略目标的重要载体。文章从医疗机构、政府和患者三个角度对我国医联体的运行过程中存在的问题进行分析,并基于三方在医联体建设过程中社会角色和社会责任不同,提出应建立不同的长效保障机制,形成相互联动的"8+1"最佳长效保障机制链,全方位保障医联体运行。
Medical integration is an important carrier to promote the integration of medical resources and achieve the strategic goals of healthy China. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of China?s health alliance from the perspectives of medical institutions, governments and patients, and proposes respective long-term mechanisms based on the different social roles and social responsibilities of the three parties in the development of health alliance. The guarantee mechanisms that are linked to each other can form the best "8+1" long-term protective mechanism chain, and guarantees the operation of health alliance in all aspects.
