摘要
为了监测长输管道和海底管道因外力破坏或者管道腐蚀穿孔产生的介质泄漏,减小泄漏事件应急处理时间,减少因泄漏产生的环境污染和经济损失,开发了管道泄漏次声波监测系统。通过仪器设备的搭建以及软件系统的开发,建立了管道泄漏次声波监测试验系统,试验过程中对不同孔径的泄漏进行监测和定位,运用多种信号处理算法对试验数据进行分析处理,并对软件系统进行优化完善,给出最低泄漏孔径和定位精度的监测结果。环路试验验证表明,系统监测距离可以达到50 km,误报率、漏报率低,最小可以监测3 mm孔径的泄漏,定位误差可达±20 m以内。
In order to monitor medium leakage caused by external force damage or pipeline corrosion and perforation of long distance pipeline and submarine pipeline,reduce emergency handling time of leakage event,and reduce environmental and economic losses caused by leakage,an infrasonic leakage monitoring system was developed.Through the establishment of instruments and equipment and the development of software system,the experimental system of infrasound monitoring of pipeline leakage was established.During the experiment,the leakage from different apertures was monitored and located,various signal processing algorithms were used to analyze the test data,and the software system was optimized and improved,the minimum leakage aperture and locating accuracy were obtained.The loop test verification shows that the monitoring distance of the system can reach 50 km,the false alarm rate and the missing report rate are low,the leakage of minimum 3 mm aperture can be monitored,and the locating error can reach within±20 m.
