摘要
人工岛在生产运营过程中钻井作业产生的大量固化土和所需物资输送车辆的停放会在岛面形成附加堆载,可能会破坏人工岛的稳定平衡。通过现场调查,了解了南堡油田人工岛固化土堆放和车辆荷载现状,通过室内试验给出了固化土的密度指标,通过采用简化Bishop法和Morgenstern-Price法建立计算模型,进行了人工岛护坡整体稳定性的分析。计算结果表明,固化土临时堆载和车辆荷载降低了护坡的整体稳定性,但在固化土和车辆临时荷载作用时,人工岛护坡的整体稳定性满足要求;结合现场实测数据,具体指出固化土堆放范围应限定在人工岛道路外现有区域,堆放高度不大于10 m。
During the production and operation of an artificial island,a large amount of solidified soil generated by drilling operation and the parking of material transport vehicles form additional stackload on island surface,which may damage the stable balance of artificial island.Based on the combination of on-site investigation,laboratory test and theoretical analysis,the current situation of solidified soil stackload and vehicle load on the Nanpu Oilfield artificial island was investigated.The density index of solidified soil was obtained from indoor tests.The simplified Bishop method and Morgenstern-Price method were used to establish the calculation model and analyze the overall stability of the artificial island slope protection.The results show that the temporary solidified soil stackload and the vehicle load reduce the overall stability of the slope protection,but the overall stability of the artificial island slope protection meets the requirements when the solidified soil and the vehicle are temporarily loaded.Combined with the on-site measured data,it is pointed out that the range of solidified soil stacking should be limited to the existing area outside the artificial island road,and the stacking height should not be more than 10 m.
