摘要
龙虎交战手法作为古代针法之一,其手法充分体现中医经络、阴阳理论,镇痛疗效显著。为进一步研究和应用该法,笔者查阅从2008年—2019年有关龙虎交战主题文献。经筛查,检索有效文献71篇,包含理论基础、作用机理、临床应用三方面。涉及其渊源、操作、作用通路多个层面以及神经、骨伤等多科疾病。综合分析发现龙虎交战手法本身极具中医特色、操作不难,临床效果优异,尤其是其止痛效果,但其作用机理仍有待进一步研究。
The ancient acupuncture manipulation of dragon-tiger contending needling fully embodies the TCM theory of meridian and yin-yang,which has unique clinical effect on analgesia.This study reviewed literatures of recent ten years about the ancient acupuncture manipulation,trying to further study and apply the therapy.There were 71 valid literatures included,covering theoretical basis,action mechanism and clinical application.It involves the origin,operation and pathway of the manipulation,it also focused on neurology and orthopedics.Comprehensive analysis found that this needling has characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,it is easy to handle,but the clinical effect is excellent,especially for pain relief.The action mechanism of this needling method remains to be further studied.
