摘要
文中针对线束制造和生产加工过程,描述了一种通过将线束设计和生产进行连接的自动化信息传递系统。该系统可将ERP资源、激光打标机、标签打印机、工艺文件、测试系统有效地进行整合和利用,通过信息化传递生产制造过程中所用到的各种加工参数和文件,极大地提高生产效率和减少错误发生。同时,能够建立生产过程中文件的规范性和一致性,确保生产的追溯性和可靠性。
For the manufacturing process of harness assembly,we describe an informational system,which combine the designing and production using computer science.This system can combine ERP,laser machine,label printing machine and testing equipment as an overall resource,transfer different parameters among different part.This greatly increases production efficiency and dismiss the possibility of making mistakes.As well,by doing so,we can keep the conformity and normative of documentation and ensure the tracibility and reliability of product.
