摘要
本文以北京市通州区海绵城市试点区内的海绵城市建设项目为参考,对海绵城市试点建设项目管理的模式进行了分析,从海绵城市试点建设特点出发,针对海绵城市建设项目中建筑与小区类的项目,提出建设过程中的项目管控模式,以期对通州区海绵城市规划和建设的推进情况进行总结,并为后续建设管理工作的有效开展提供参考。
Taking the Sponge City Pilot of Tongzhou District of Beijing as an example,the construction management mode of Sponge City Pilot is analyzed.From the characteristics of sponge construction pilot city,this paper puts forward the construction project management pattern in Sponge City Pilot in view of the building and community projects,in order to summarize the Sponge City planning and construction of Tongzhou District,and provide valuable reference for the subsequent construction management work.
