摘要
测定了30份大蒜资源的7个鳞茎性状(鳞茎横径、鳞茎纵径、鳞茎质量、鳞芽高、鳞芽背宽、鳞芽数、鳞芽质量),并进行比较及相关性分析。试验结果表明,不同大蒜资源7个鳞茎性状间均存在较大变异,鳞茎质量变异系数最大,为46.68%,其次是鳞芽质量、鳞芽数,鳞芽高和鳞茎纵径变异系数最小。鳞茎性状差异分析结果表明,22号资源具有最大鳞茎质量、鳞茎横径和鳞芽质量,适合作为鳞茎高产的大蒜品种。相关性分析结果表明,鳞茎质量与其余6个鳞茎性状均为极显著正相关,其中与鳞茎横径、鳞茎纵径的相关系数最高,分别为0.905、0.509,表明鳞茎质量与鳞茎横径和鳞茎纵径关系最为密切,在田间可用鳞茎横径、鳞茎纵径作为筛选鳞茎高产大蒜品种的基本指标。
Seven bulb characters(bulb diameter,bulb height,bulb weight,clove height,clove back width,clove number and clove weight)of 30 garlic resources were measured,and the comparison and correlation analysis were also carried out.The results showed that there was large variation among the seven bulb characters in different garlic resources.The variable coefficient of bulb weight was the highest of 46.68%,followed by clove weight and clove number.The variable coefficients of clove height and bulb height were the lowest.The differential analysis results of bulb characters indicated that resource No.22 had the maximum bulb weight,bulb diameter and clove weight,which was suitable as a garlic cultivar with high bulb yield.The correlation analysis results revealed that the bulb weight had extremely significantly positive correlation with the other six bulb characters.The correlation coefficients of bulb weight with bulb diameter and bulb height were the higher,which were 0.905 and 0.509,respectively,indicating that bulb weight was most closely related to bulb diameter and bulb height.In the field,bulb diameter and bulb height could be used as the basic indexes for screening garlic cultivars with high bulb yield.
