摘要
分别对针叶纤维、阔叶纤维和麻浆纤维的打浆度与纤维分析仪法帚化率的相关性及回归方程进行了分析,其线性相关系数均能够达到0.99,都具有较好的线性关系。因此,能够依据纤维打浆度的数值,在生产现场快速地确定出浆料中纤维的细纤维化作用程度,从而达到打浆要求的效果,最终使纸张的物理指标达到要求。
In this paper,the correlation and regression equations of the beating degree of sof twood f ibers,hardwood fibers,and hemp pulp fibers with the fiber analyzer method and their regression equations are analyzed.The linear correlation coefficients can reach 0.99,all of which have good linearity relationship.Therefore,according to the value of the fiber beating degree,the degree of fine fibrillation of the fibers in the pulp can be quickly determined at the production site,thereby achieving the effect of beating requirements,and finally achieving the physical indicators of the paper.
