摘要 为了使银纳米线透明导电薄膜具有更优异的光电性能,需要降低银纳米线的直径。以传统的多元醇法为基础,通过引入一种有机试剂安息香,作为还原Ag+的还原剂,提高了反应的活性,能在较低温度下进行银线合成,因此对银线横向生长起到抑制作用;同时加入溴盐,Br+在Ag核表面的吸附有助于通过静电平衡作用控制银线线径。此方法制备的银纳米线直径更细,通过SEM对样品进行了表征,结果表明,产品直径达到13 nm左右,且长径比大于1000。 In order to make the silver nanowire transparent conductive films have better photoelectric properties,it is necessary to reduce the diameter of silver nanowires.On the basis of traditional polyol method,benzoin was introduced as reducing agent to improve the activity of the reaction,so that the synthesis of silver nanowire could be carried out at a lower temperature,and the lateral growth of silver nanowire could be inhibited.At the same time,by adding bromine,the adsorption of Br-on the surface of Ag nucleus is helpful to control the diameter of silver wire by electrostatic equilibrium.The diameter of silver nanowires prepared by this method is finer,and the samples are characterized by SEM.The results show that the diameter of the product is about 13 nm,and the ratio of length to diameter is more than 1000.
