摘要
多年的采掘盐矿生产致使盐湖卤水资源大面积裸露,水体中各微量成分发生变化。盐藻养殖生产需用卤水掺兑淡水配制成一定盐度的溶液进行养殖,在养殖过程中易出现非盐藻的其他藻类与盐藻形成营养竞争,降低盐藻种群优势,造成不良循环,减少单位产量,增加投入。为解决这一问题现用三氯异氰尿酸处理盐湖卤水、处理淡水与盐湖卤水养殖等,通过平行试验,观察盐藻生长和种群发展状况。
With years of salt mining and production,salt lake brine resources are exposed in a large area,and the micro components in the water body change.The production of Dunaliella salina requires brine mixed with fresh water to prepare a certain salinity solution for cultivation.In the process of cultivation,other non Dunaliella salina are prone to compete with Dunaliella salina to form nutrition,reduce the population advantage of Dunaliella salina,cause adverse circulation,reduce unit output,and Increase investment.In order to solve this problem,we use trichloroisocyanuric acid to treat salt lake brine,to treat fresh water and culture salt lake brine in parallel experiments,to observe the growth and population development of Dunaliella salina.
