摘要
探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期口腔喷溅治疗的护理配合与防护方法;结合国家卫健委对新型冠状病毒感染防控中医用防护用品使用范围的建议及口腔疾病诊疗的专业特点与第四军医大学口腔医院针对口腔喷溅治疗的相关实施举措;制定了一套新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期口腔喷溅治疗的诊室设置、诊前准备、术中配合、术后处置的护理配合流程;为疫情期开展口腔诊疗的机构提喷溅治疗护理操作参考。
To explore the nursing cooperation and protection methods in dental treatment during the period of COVID-19 Epidemic,we summarized the experience of nursing practice and infection control in dental out-patient clinic in Stomatology Hospital of FMMU,and made a nursing cooperation protocol including consulting room setting,preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation,and postoperative management for avoiding contamination by splatters in dental treatment during COVID-19 epidemic.This protocol is also based on the use scope of medical protective equipment for new coronavirus infection suggested by the National Health and Health Commission.We hope this protocol providing a reference to all dental clinicians to carry out dental treatment during coronavirus epidemic.
