摘要
目的探讨研究应用日间手术模式治疗声带息肉患者手术前后护理,观察应用效果与价值。方法随机选择我科108例声带息肉手术患者为研究对象,实验组54例采用日间手术模式并给予患者对应的护理措施,对照组54例采用传统手术方式,给予常规的护理方法,观察比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果实验组住院时间、住院费用均低于对照组,护理满意度及治疗依从性高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论日间手术模式的应用可以提高患者满意度及治疗依从性,减少住院费用,缩短住院时间,有效的护理配合是开展日间手术的必要保障,该模式的推广与应用具有显著意义。
Objective To study the effect and valueof daytime operation on the treatment of vocal cord polyp before and after operation.Methods 108 patients with Vocal Cord polyp were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=54)and the experimental group(n=54),the control group was treated with routine nursing method,then the experimental group was treated with special nursing method.The hospitalization time,costs,compliance and nursing satisfaction were measured between the two groups..Results The hospitalization time andcost weresignificant lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance were significanthigher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of daytime operation mode can improve patient satisfaction and treatment compliance,reduce hospitalization expenses,shorten hospitalization time.The popularization and application of this model are significant.
