摘要 结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T-cell spot test for tuberculosis infection,T-SPOT.TB)作为一项新型免疫检测技术已广泛应用于儿童结核病的诊断.大量临床研究表明,相较于儿童结核病的其他诊断方法,斑点试验同时具备较高的灵敏度及较高的特异度.该文章主要对其原理、影响因素、适用范围及其在非血体液中的研究进展进行综述. As a new immunoassay,T-SPOT.TB has been widely used in the diagnosis of tuberculosis in children.A large number of clinical trials show that it has better sensitivity and specificity simultaneously,compared with other diagnostic methods for tuberculosis in children.This article focuses on the principle,influence factors and specific application,and reviews advances in other body fluids except blood of T-SPOT.TB.
