摘要
铁线莲花型、花色丰富多样,花朵美丽繁茂,花期长,观赏价值高。为培育优良特异种质,探索高效便捷的铁线莲人工杂交技术,从引进的20个园艺品种中选取9个作为杂交亲本,结果表明:23个杂交组合均结实,共获得304个果实,平均结实率为90.21%,最高为100%,最低仅为58.33%,杂交亲本选配对提高育种效率具有重要意义。引种的20个园艺品种花色、花型各异,分属早花大花型、晚花大花型、佛罗里达型、德克萨斯型4个类型,充分体现了铁线莲花的丰富多彩。
Clematis florida has a variety of flower shapes and colors,with beautiful and luxuriant flowers,long flowering period and high ornamental value.In order to cultivate excellent specific germplasm and explore the efficient and convenient artificial hybrid technology,9 out of 20 horticultural varieties are selected as hybrid parents.The results showed that all the 23 hybrid combinations were solid,and a total of 304 fruits were obtained.The average seed setting rate was 90.21%,the highest was 100%,and the lowest was only 58.33%.It is important to match the breeding parents to improve breeding efficiency.The 20 horticultural varieties introduced have different colors and patterns,and belong to four types:Early large-flowered group,Late Large-flowered group,Florida group and Texensis group,which fully reflects the richness of the the flowers of clematis.
