摘要
【目的】系统评价在冷冻胚胎移植(frozen embryo transfer,FET)中生长激素(growth hormone,GH)对子宫内膜发育不良患者子宫内膜容受性以及血流的影响。【方法】系统查询中外文数据库,经2位独立研究人员筛选文章,进行数据提取,使用Cochrane手册进行系统质量评价并利用Revman5.1软件进行Meta分析。【结果】共纳入随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCT)5篇,样本量n=453。与对照组(未使用GH)比较,实验组(使用GH)子宫内膜血流存在率[OR=5.57,95%CI(3.27,9.48),P<0.001]、妊娠率[OR=2.03,95%CI(1.30,3.16),P=0.002]、子宫内膜厚度[MD=1.21,95%CI(0.58,1.84),P<0.001]和三线型子宫内膜率[OR=3.10,95%CI(1.77,5.45),P<0.001]均升高,差异具有统计学意义。【结论】子宫内膜发育不良患者行FET中,GH可改善子宫内膜容受性以及血流,提高妊娠率,对FET辅助生殖有积极作用。
【Objective】To systematically evaluate the effect of growth hormone(GH)on the endometrial receptivity and blood flow in patients with endometrial dysplasia in frozen embryo transfer(FET).【Methods】The system enquiry of Chinese and foreign databases was carried out,and the two independent researchers screened the articles for data extraction.The Cochrane manual was used for system quality evaluation and the Revman 5.1 software was used for Meta-analysis.【Results】A total of 5 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included,with a sample size(n)of 453.Compared with the control group(without GH),the endometrial blood flow rate[OR=5.57,95%CI(3.27,9.48),P<0.001],pregnancy rate[OR=2.03,95%CI(1.30,3.16),P=0.002],endometrial thickness[MD=1.21,95%CI(0.58,1.84),P<0.001]and three-line intima rate[OR=3.10,95%CI(1.77,5.45),P<0.001]in the experimental group(using GH)were elevated,and the difference was statistically significant.【Conclusion】In patients with endometrial dysplasia in FET,GH can improve endometrial receptivity and blood flow,increase pregnancy rate,and have positive effect on FET-assisted reproduction.
