摘要
二次供水系统是为高楼用户提供生活用水的重要设备,对二次供水设备的运作进行有效监控,可以确保满足高层用户用水压力需求,保证水流的流畅性。为了实现对二次供水系统的智能控制,利用PLC和SCADA软件进行协调工作,PLC对数据信息的精确传输,配合SCADA软件对二次供水系统的实时监控,可以对二次供水系统的各项参数实时采集、显示、存储、报警及历史数据查询,对水泵的运行状态能够远程监控,保障了二次供水系统的安全、可靠运行。
The secondary water supply system was an important equipment to improve the domestic water consumption for high-rise users,had effective monitoring of the operation of secondary water supply equipment,could ensure to meet the water pressure demand of high-rise users and ensure the smoothness of water flow.In order to realize the intelligent control of secondary water supply system,the use of PLC and SCADA software to coordinate the work,the accurately transmits of PLC to data and information,cooperated with SCADA software to real-time monitor the secondary water supply system,could real-time collect,display,store,alarm and query the historical data of each parameter of secondary water supply system,the remote monitoring the running state of the pump,ensured the safe and reliable operation of secondary water supply system.
