摘要
以尾矿砂、纤维素醚、胶粉、膨胀剂、误差列为基础设计五因素四水平的正交试验,调节加水量,控制砂浆稠度为90 mm^100 mm,通过对砂浆保水率、14 d粘结强度、28 d干缩值、28 d抗压抗折强度的极差分析,分析各组分对干混砂浆性能的影响。
Based on the tail sand,powder,cellulose ether,expansion agent,error as the foundation design of five factors,four levels orthogonal test,adjust the water addition,control slurry consistency is 90 mm^100 mm,based on the water retention of mortar,14 d bond strength,drying shrinkage value 28 d,28 d compressive flexural strength analysis of the poor,affect the performance of dry mortar of components analysis.
