摘要
为了发挥旋挖钻机自动化集成度高的技术优势,确保旋挖钻机顺利穿越软土复合地层成孔,首先用高压旋喷钻机对钻孔灌注桩桩周软弱土层进行加固,然后用旋挖钻机在钻孔灌注桩桩位处穿越软弱土层后进入岩层成孔。此项技术已成功被应用于工程地质条件类似的某基坑支护桩成孔施工中。
In order to make use of high automation integration resulted from rotary drilling machine,the soft soil layer around cast-in-place pile is reinforced by the high pressure rotary jet machine,and then the rotary drilling machine passes through the soft soil layer and enters into the rock layer to form a hole in pile place.This construction technology has been successfully used to form a hole of supporting for some foundation pit.
