开关柜局部放电检测技术及发展前景探讨 被引量:3

摘要 在整个电力系统中,高压开关柜起着发电、输电、配电以及电能转换、控制通断等作用,它的工作可靠性将直接影响电网的运行稳定性。从长远来看,高压开关柜中的绝缘材料会在电气、机械、环境温度等共同作用下发生绝缘劣化,容易导致电绝缘强度降低,甚至失效,极易导致电网发生停电故障。实践表明,局部放电是设备绝缘恶化,以致发生绝缘失效的主要原因,局部放电的在线监测已成为开关柜绝缘状态评估的主要方式。可靠、准确的局部放电检测可以直接反映电气设备内部的绝缘状态,有利于及时发现并排除潜在的绝缘故障,避免发生停电事故,从而提高供电可靠性,具有重要的实践价值和实践意义。文章探讨了目前主流开关柜局部放电检测技术的发展及其优缺点,在此基础上,对开关柜局部放电检测方法与手段的发展提出了建议。 In the whole power system,the high-voltage switchgear plays the roles of power generation,power transmission,power distribution,power conversion,and control on and off,etc.Its working reliability will directly affect the operation stability of the power grid.In the long run,the insulation materials in the high-voltage switchgear will suffer from insulation deterioration under the combined action of electrical,mechanical and environmental temperature,which will easily lead to the reduction of electrical insulation strength and even failure,and will easily lead to power failure of the power grid.Practice shows that partial discharge is the main cause of insulation failure caused by equipment insulation deterioration.Reliable and accurate partial discharge detection can directly reflect the insulation state of the electrical equipment,which is conducive to the timely detection and elimination of potential insulation fault,so as to avoid the occurrence of power failure and improve the reliability of power supply,therefore has important practical value and significance.This paper discusses the development and advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream partial discharge detection technology of switchgear,and on this basis,puts forward some suggestions on the development of the detection methods and means of partial discharge in switchgear.
