鼓风加热吸干机在达拉特发电厂的应用

摘要 压缩空气系统后处理设备通常采用的是组合式吸附式干燥机或无热吸干机,虽然具有造价便宜等优点,但是存在设备复杂、压缩空气损耗大、系统压损大等缺点,造成其综合能耗大、维护成本高等问题。为此,需要对其进行改造,文章对华能北方电力达拉特发电厂压缩空气干燥系统科技项目进行研究,通过该项目,可有效地改善这些问题,获得良好的社会与经济效益。 The post-treatment equipment of compressed air system usually adopts combined adsorption dryer or heatless dryer.Although it has the advantages of low cost,it has the disadvantages of complex equipment,large compressed air loss,large system pressure loss and so on,resulting in the problems of large comprehensive energy consumption and high maintenance cost.Therefore,it needs to be reformed.In this paper,the compressed air drying system science and technology project of Huaneng north power Dalate Power Plant can effectively improve these problems and obtain good social and economic benefi ts.
