华北地下水超采区灌溉用水经济价值研究 被引量:4

摘要 农业是华北地下水超采区的用水大户,农业节水对于压采具有举足轻重的作用。该文基于石家庄市、沧州市、邯郸市农户调研数据,采用剩余价值法计算了小麦和玉米单位灌溉用水经济价值,并对3个典型地区灌溉用水经济价值差异进行了比较。结果表明:小麦和玉米灌溉用水经济价值分别为1.32元/m^3,2.04元/m3。石家庄市、沧州市、邯郸市小麦灌溉用水经济价值分别为1.04元/m^3,1.52元/m^3,0.95元/m^3,玉米灌溉水经济价值分别为2.30元/m^3,2.14元/m^3,1.93元/m^3。灌溉水经济价值除与生产成本投入有关外,与灌溉用水量有密切关系。因此,推进节水灌溉技术、降低单位面积灌溉用水量是提高灌溉水经济价值的重要途经。 Agriculture is the main water user in the over mining area of groundwater in North China,and agricultural water saving plays an important role in pressure mining.Based on the investigation data of farmers in Shijiazhuang City,Cangzhou City and Handan City,the economic value of unit irrigation water for wheat and corn was calculated byresidual value method,and the difference of economic value of irrigation water for three typical areas was compared.The results showed that the economic value of irrigation water for wheat and maize was 1.32 yuan/m^3 and 2.04 yuan/m^3 respectively.The economic value of irrigation water for wheat in Shijiazhuang City,Cangzhou City and Handan city is 1.04 yuan/m^3,1.52 yuan/m^3 and 0.95 yuan/m^3 respectively.The economic value of irrigation water for corn is 2.30 yuan/m^3,2.14 yuan/m^3 and 1.93 yuan/m^3 respectively.The economic value of irrigation water is not only related to production cost input,but also closely related to irrigation water consumption.Therefore,promoting water-saving irrigation technology and reducing irrigation water consumption per unit area are important ways to improve the economic value of irrigation water.
