摘要
目的:调查农村居民对城乡居民医保制度经济风险保障水平的评价及其影响因素,为进一步提高城乡居民医保制度经济风险保障水平提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取570名山东省农村居民进行问卷调查,对数据进行描述性统计分析,并运用多因素logistic回归分析影响评价的因素。结果:农村居民对城乡居民医保制度的经济风险保障水平评价较高和一般的分别有53%和33%;年龄、文化程度、家庭年收入和是否有慢病是其影响因素(P<0.05);60岁以上、初中以下文化程度、家庭年收入较高和有慢病的人群对城乡居民医保制度经济风险保障水平具有较高评价。结论:农村居民对城乡居民医保制度经济风险保障水平的评价总体较好,受多方因素影响,政府应加强对低收入和慢病人群等的保障,促进居民充分利用医保政策福利。
Objective:To investigate the evaluation and its influencing factors of rural residents on the level of economic risk protection of the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents,and to provide reference for further improving the level of economic risk protection of the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method,570 rural residents in Shandong province were investigated with questionnaires.Descriptive statistical analysis was adopted to analyze the data.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the evaluation.Results:Rural residents had a high and average evaluation of the economic risk protection level of the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents were 53%and 33%respectively.Age,education level,annual family income and whether there was a chronic disease were the influencing factors(P<0.05).Among them,people over 60 years old,below junior high school education level,high annual income of families and people with chronic diseases had a high evaluation of the economic risk protection level of the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents.Conclusion:Rural residents'evaluation of the economic risk protection level of the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents is generally good,which is affected by many factors.The government should strengthen the protection of key groups such as low-income patients and those with chronic conditions and promote residents to make full use of health insurance policies and benefits.
