摘要
伴随人口老龄化带来的照顾需求增加,提供临时照顾老人的服务,给照顾老人的家属一个喘息的机会,发展老年喘息服务十分有必要。本文通过对美国、澳大利亚的喘息服务分析,发现两国的喘息服务都以维护家庭照顾为宗旨、用户需要接受资格评估并可提供多样化的服务项目。但在服务性质、资金来源、服务供给等方面有所不同。基于我国的老年照顾现状,本文建议建立喘息服务需求评估标准,发展能够满足不同老年群体照顾需求、缓解照顾者压力的多样化喘息服务。
With the increasing demand for elderly care in an aging society,it is necessary to develop respite services for the elderly.This study compares respite care programs between the United States and Australia,and find that the respite care in both countries are aimed at maintaining family care.The users are required to accept eligibility assessment,and a variety of services are provided.However,there are differences in the nature of services,funding sources,and service supply.According to the current conditions of elderly care in China,this paper proposes to establish the criteria of demands assessment,and develop various respite care which can satisfy the needs of different groups and relieve the pressure of family caregivers.
