防冻剂对煤矸石基发泡地质聚合物抗冻性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探究不同种类、不同掺量防冻剂对煤矸石基发泡地质聚合物抗冻性的影响,选取3种无机盐类防冻剂:硫酸钠、氯化钙、亚硝酸钠和1种有机防冻剂:甲基硅烷类,每种因素取四个水平进行试验研究。结果表明:掺加防冻剂的煤矸石基发泡地质聚合物的质量损失率与抗压强度损失率均大于对照组,其增大幅度与冻融循环次数有关;材料的质量损失率与抗压强度损失率均随着冻融循环次数的增加而增大;不同无机盐类防冻剂的敏感冻融循环次数不同;有机防冻剂的防冻效果好于无机盐类防冻剂的防冻效果。 In order to explore the influence of different kinds and different content of antifreeze on the antifreeze of coal gangue based foaming geopolymer,three kinds of inorganic salt antifreeze are selected:sodium sulfate,calcium chloride,sodium nitrite and one kind of organic antifreeze:methylsilane.Four levels of each factor are selected for experimental study.The results show that the mass loss rate and compressive strength loss rate of coal gangue based foamed geopolymer with antifreeze are higher than those of the control group,and the increasing range is related to the number of freeze-thaw cycles.The mass loss rate and compressive strength loss rate of materials increase with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,and the sensitive freeze-thaw cycles of different inorganic salt antifreezes are different.The antifreeze effect of organic antifreeze is better than that of inorganic salt antifreeze.
