摘要
近年来,鸟害故障在云南电网输电线路跳闸故障中所占的比例逐渐增高,已成为影响输电线路安全稳定运行的主要故障之一。文中通过收集云南电网2014-2016年3年来鸟害跳闸故障的历史数据,根据鸟害跳闸故障的地理特征以及杆塔结构特征,建立鸟害风险评估层次结构模型。采用专家调查法与模糊层次分析法相结合的综合评价方法,利用专家级调查法确定1级指标权重系数,利用模糊层次分析法确定2级指标权重系数。在模糊层次分析法中,利用鸡群优化算法对权重系数进行优化,降低数据处理复杂度,使权重系数求取更加准确。然后通过历史鸟害故障数据,进一步确定各2级指标取值,最终建立输电线路鸟害故障风险评估模型。最后,云南电网历史鸟害故障记录验证了所构建风险评估模型的准确性。
In recent years,bird damage of transmission lines was gradually increased in Yunnan Power Grid,which has become one of the major faults affecting the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.Based on the historical data of bird damages in Yunnan Power Grid from 2014 to 2016,this paper builds a hierarchical model of bird damage risk assessment,which takes the geographical features of the faults and the structural characteristics of the tower into consideration.The expert evaluation method and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are combined to determine the weight coefficients of different evaluation index.In fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the chicken swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the weight coefficients,which can reduce the complexity of data processing and make the weight coefficients more accurate.By analyzing historical bird damage data,the secondary indicators is further determined.Then a risk assessment model of bird damage in transmission lines is built.Finally,historical bird damage records of Yunnan Power Grid verified the accuracy of the established risk assessment model.
