在电力市场化改革不断深入的背景下,我国对电力的需求有了大幅度的增长。电力行业市场竞争日趋激烈,建设投资也大幅度增加。电力企业只有通过合理控制成本,才能提高其经济效益。因此,电力企业开始重视起电力工程造价管理,而全寿命周期造价管理手段被广泛应用其中。本文就电力工程造价管理中全寿命周期造价管理的内容及具体应用做了详细探讨,希望能更好地提高电力企业电力工程项目经济效益和综合价值。
Against the background of the continuous deepening of the reform of the power market,China’s demand for electricity has grown signifi cantly,competition in the power industry has become increasingly fi erce,and construction investment has increased signifi cantly.Only by properly controlling costs can power companies increase their Economic benefi ts.Therefore,electric power companies have begun to pay attention to the cost management of power engineering,and the life-cycle cost management methods have been widely applied to it.This article discusses the content and application of life cycle cost management in power engineering cost management in detail,hoping to better improve the economic benefi ts and comprehensive value of power engineering projects in power companies.
