摘要
为了优化和改进煤矿开掘工作面综掘施工工艺,降低工人劳动强度,提高安全作业效率,以不同巷道为研究对象,从巷道拐弯角度设计、使用综掘机尺寸、拐弯半径选择、运输出渣系统等因素,分析了不同巷道拐弯采用的综掘机拐弯施工工艺,有效指导了巷道综掘机拐弯期间的安全高效掘进。
In order to optimize and improve the comprehensive tunneling construction technology of coal mining face,reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the safety operation efficiency,this paper takes different roadways as the research object,and analyzes the comprehensive tunneling construction technology used in different roadways turning from the angle of roadway turning design,the size of the comprehensive tunneling machine used,the selection of turning radius,the transportation slag removal system and other factor,which effectively guides the safe and efficient tunneling of the comprehensive tunneling machine during roadways turning.
