摘要
随着社会的发展,环境安全逐渐成为人类生活的刚需,生物处置方法一向因环保节能备受青睐。蚯蚓作为土壤生态系统的工程师,因其生存于复杂的土壤环境中而能维持机体稳定,受到科研人员的关注。近年来,蚯蚓生物技术被尝试应用于环境风险评价、土壤治理、市政污水污泥的处置,并在化学指标和病原微生物指标中均体现出优良的指示能力和治理能力。本文综述了当前蚯蚓生物技术在环境安全领域应用的研究成果,并结合蚯蚓-微生物共生体系及蚯蚓自身免疫功能的相关研究为以上应用提供机理分析,总结了当前技术应用的优势与不足,以期为蚯蚓更广泛的应用及机理研究的方向提供参考。
With the development of society,environmental safety has gradually become a necessity of human life,and biological disposal methods have always been favored for environmental protection and energy saving.Earthworms,as engineers of the soil ecosystem,can maintain the stability of the body because of their existence in complex soil environments.In recent years,earthworm biotechnology has been tried to be applied to environmental risk assessment,soil treatment,and municipal sewage sludge disposal,and has demonstrated excellent indicating ability and treatment ability in both chemical indicators and pathogenic microorganism indicators.This paper reviews the current research results of the application of earthworm biotechnology in the field of environmental safety,combines the related research of earthwormmicrobial symbiosis system and earthworm autoimmune function to provide a mechanism analysis for the above applications,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of current technology applications,in order to provide a reference for the wider application of earthworms and the direction of mechanism research.
