变化环境下海城市水资源安全形势分析

摘要 根据2020―2050年变化环境下海城城市降水量资料,利用降尺度法和大气环流模式对海城市水资源安全形势进行预测分析,分析中还对水资源安全系数运用SPI法进行了逐年计算。其分析结果从时间与空间尺度上揭示了水资源安全问题出现频率较高的地区为海城市下辖的乡镇地区,而安全形势较好的为海城市主城区。提出了适当调整产业结构和优化水资源配置,为保证海城市水资源安全、科学制定水资源中长期规划的建议。 In this paper,the author,according to precipitation data from the year 2020 to 2050 of Haicheng City under Variation Environment,by means of downscaling method and general circulation model,carried out prediction and analysis on safety situation of water resources in Haicheng City,also carried out calculating safety coefficients year by year by using SPI method.The results reveal from spatio-temporal vision that the safety problems of water resources more often happen in the village and town areas administered by Haicheng City,while the areas in which safety situation is better is main urban areas.Moreover the author also put forward some suggestions properly adjusting industrial structure and optimizing configuring of water resources so as to ensure safety of water resources in Haicheng City,as well as make scientifically the medium and long planning in water resources for the city.
