摘要
目的 探讨复方丹参滴丸在口腔扁平苔藓患者中的应用效果及对其血液流变学的影响.方法 选取我院于2017年1月~2018年6月收治的口腔扁平苔藓患者104例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52例.对照组采用糖皮质激素治疗,观察组实施糖皮质激素联合复方丹参滴丸治疗.两组均予以治疗4周,比较两组患者并发症发生情况、疗效及对血液流变学的影响,并对数据作具体统计学分析.结果 观察组患者治疗有效率为86.54%,显著高于对照组患者的67.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原及血沉值比较对照组治疗后的数值有显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者疾病复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 复方丹参滴丸联合糖皮质激素治疗口腔扁平苔藓患者可获得更好疗效,具有较低复发率,对患者血液流变学改善明显.
Objective To explore application effects of compound salvia pellet in patients with oral lichen planus and its effect on hemorheology.Methods 104 patients with oral lichen planus who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid while the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with compound salvia pellet.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The incidence of complications,curative effects and its effects on hemorheology were compared between the two groups,and the comparative data were analyzed statistically.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.54%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(67.31%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the low-cut viscosity,whole blood high-viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The disease recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound salvia pellet combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of patients with oral lichen planus can achieve good curative effects.It has a lower recurrence rate,which can significantly improve hemorheology.
