摘要
为提高医院大型医疗设备采购效率,实现采购项目的效益最大化,结合我院作为深圳市新建公立医院的大型医疗设备项目采购实践,通过创新采购论证方式,规范采购论证流程,提高了采购论证效率,提升了采购工作质量和效益,为医院的诊疗业务工作开展提供了有力的专业技术支持。
In order to improve the efficiency of procurement of large-scale medical equipment in hospitals and maximize the benefits of procurement projects,combining our hospital’s procurement practice of large-scale medical equipment projects as a newly built public hospital in Shenzhen,we standardized the procurement demonstration process through innovative procurement demonstration methods and improving the efficiency of procurement demonstration.The quality and efficiency of procurement work was improved,which provided strong professional technical support for the development of hospital diagnosis and treatment business work.
