牛羊繁殖性状相关基因的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 繁殖性状作为牛羊经济性状的重要组成,明确相关基因的调控机制对基因的研究有重要作用,其与生产效益、生产成本密切相关,直接关系农牧业的经济发展,提高牛羊繁殖性能是国际牛羊育种繁殖等相关产业的研究热点。为从基因分子水平提高牛羊繁殖性能提供资料,了解牛羊繁殖性状的调节基因,从分子水平提高牛羊的繁殖性能,综述近年牛羊繁殖性状相关基因的研究进展,并展望其应用前景。 The reproductive trait is one of important components in economic traits of cattle and sheep.The regulation mechanism of related genes plays an important role in gene research and is closely related to the production benefit,production cost and economic development of agriculture and animal husbandry.How to improve reproductive performance of cattle and sheep becomes a research hotspot in the industries related to breeding and reproduction of cattle and sheep in the world.The research progress on genes related to reproductive trait in cattle and sheep in recent years is reviewed from improvement of reproductive performance at molecular level based on regulation genes of reproductive performance and the potential application is prospected to provide the data for improvement of reproductive performance at gene molecular level and to understand regulation genes of reproductive trait in cattle and sheep.
