摘要
噬菌体展示技术是通过将外源基因插入噬菌体基因组,通过其与结构基因的共同表达.获得具有生物活性融合蛋白的技术。该技术可用来高通量、高效率、低成本的筛选配体分子;本文首先概括了噬菌体展示系统的分类,对噬菌体展示文库作了简单的描述.其次总结了近年来噬菌体展示技术在抗原表位、疾病检测以及疾病治疗方面的应用最后对噬菌体展示技术的未来发展前景进行了展望。
USP14 The phage display technology is a technique for obtaining a biologically active fusion protein by inserting a foreign gene into a phage genome and co-expression with a structural gene.This technology can be used to screen ligand molecules with high throughput,high efficiency,and low cost.Firstly,this paper summarizes the classification of phage display systems,and briefly describes the phage display library.Secondly,it summarizes the application of phage display tech no logy in antigen epitope,disease detection and disease treatment in recent years.Finally,the future development prospects of phage display technology are prospected.
