摘要
通球清管作业是海底管道运行中的一项重要工作,目前尚无收球筒平衡管线更换方案的研究。本文简要介绍了WZ11-4NB平台到WZ12-2A平台的混输海管,分析了通球清管作业的故障、故障风险,阐述了收球筒平衡阀管线更换作业的主要风险点、作业思路和作业方案。
Pigging is an important work in the operation of subsea pipeline, while currently there is no study on the replacement scheme of the balance pipeline of the pig receiver. This article briefly introduces the mixed sea pipeline from WZ11-4 NB platform to WZ12-2 A platform, analyzes the fault and risk of pigging operation, and describes the main risk points, operation ideas and operation schemes of the replacement operation of the balance valve pipeline of the ball receiver.
