基于D-最优混料设计的膏霜基质优化及其流变学特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用D-最优混料设计对膏霜基质配方进行优化,考察了3种水溶性聚合物(黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物)对膏霜外观、粘度、粘度变化等指标的影响,研究了其流变学特征,及上述客观特性与主观感受之间的关系,结果表明响应值与各因素之间存在良好的定量关系,3个验证基质配方的实测值与预测值之间无显著差异,丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物是影响各响应值的重要因素。所选膏霜基质具有良好的稳定性,属于假塑性流体,具有剪切变稀特点。D-最优混料设计可用于膏霜基质配方的优化,建立的数学模型具有准确的预测性。 The influences of three hydrophilic polymers(xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurine/VP copolymer) on the microscopic structure, pH value, stability, appearance, viscosity of creams were studied, meanwhile, the rheological feature of cream, the relationship between mentioned objective characteristics and subjective feeling were also investigated. Good quantitative relationship were showed between the response value and various factors. The tests of 4 optimal check point formulations indicated that high approximation existed between their predicted and experimental values. The selected cream base showed good stability, pseudo-plastic and shear thinned characteristics. Acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurine/VP copolymer was found to be the most important impact factor to responses. D-optimal mixture design facilitated the optimization of this cream formulation. Optimal models proved high prognostic and feasible.
