摘要
某炼油厂酸洗水汽提装置中重沸器结垢问题严重,现除垢方式采取停车高压水清洗,除垢为间歇式,每年一次,严重影响生产,制约装置的经济运行。通过分析酸性水汽提装置中部分设备的腐蚀机理、结垢原因,提出超声波防除垢技术应用于该装置重沸器,有效延缓设备结垢,减少结垢造成的能源损失等一系列问题。
The reboiler in the sour water stripping unit of a refinery has serious deposit problem.The way of scale removal is to stop and wash with high-pressure water.The scale removal is intermittent,once a year,which seriously affects the production and restricts the economic operation of the unit.Based on the analysis of the corrosion mechanism and scaling reasons of some equipment in the sour water stripping unit,a series of problems are put forward,such as the application of ultrasonic scale prevention and removal technology in the reboiler of the unit can effectively delay the equipment scaling and reduce the energy loss caused by scaling.
