摘要
将铝合金材料应用于轨道交通车辆,可以使车体轻量化,减小制动力与轨道线路静、动负荷,耐腐蚀性好,易挤压成型。对轨道交通铝合金车体的设计思路进行了介绍,对设计原则进行了分析,并论述了车体结构设计时的注意要点。
When aluminum alloy materials is applied to rail transit vehicles,it can cut the coach weight and reduce the braking force and the static and dynamic load of the track line while it has good corrosion resistance and is easily extruded and formed.The design ideas of aluminum alloy coach for rail transit were introduced,the design principles were analyzed and the essentials that should be regarded when designing the coach structure were discussed.
