摘要
在炼钢过程中,针对不同钢种在熔炼结束时需要加入不同种类和数量的合金,提出了基于合金收得率的钢水脱氧合金化方案优化问题。通过灰色关联度分析法,得出影响收得率的主要因素,利用多变量曲线拟合得出预测收得率的模型。通过极大似然估计法求出连铸正样的均值和标准差,利用准则进行收得率的准确率检验,预测出的收得率在区间的概率高达98%以上,确定了预测模型的准确性。最后利用linprog函数进行线性规划,进而得出合金的最优化配料方案以及合金所需的最低成本。
In the process of steelmaking,accorded to different steel grades different amounts and kinds of alloys need to be add at the end of smelting.The optimization of dehydration alloying scheme based on yield was proposed.The main factors affecting the yield were obtained by the grey correlation analysis method.The multivariate regression was used to obtain the model of yield predicting.The mean and standard deviation of the continuous casting sample were obtained by the maximum likelihood estimation method,and the accuracy of the yield was tested by the criterion.The probability of the predicted yield in the interval is as high as 98%or more.The accuracy of the prediction model was determined.The optimal dosing scheme for the alloy and the minimum cost required for the alloy were obtained by using linprog function linear programming.
