摘要
过渡金属Ta和Nb的复合氧化物是一类重要的基质材料,尤其是M′型YTaO4和具有褐钇铌矿晶体结构的YNbO4.研究发现TaO4^3-基团的发光与NbO4^3-基团的发光分别位于330 nm和400 nm左右.本文对其结构、组成和发光的变化进行了研究,随钽酸盐中NbO4^3-基团浓度的逐渐提高,化合物的结构从M′型YTaO4逐渐转变成褐钇铌型YNbO4结构,它的发光性质也随之改变.
The composite oxide of transition metals ions Ta and Nb are the important hosts for luminescence and optical materials,especially M′type YTaO4 and YNbO4 with fergusonite crystal structure.It is found that the luminescence of TaO4^3-group and NbO4^3-group are located at about 330 nm and 400 nm respectively.However,a small amount of Nb^5+doping in YTaO 4 has a significantly different effect on luminescence.The concentration of NbO4^3-group in tantalate increases gradually,the structure of the compound changed from M′type YTaO4 to fergusonite type YNbO4,and its luminescence properties also changed.In this paper,the change of its structure and luminescence was studied.
