摘要
通过对影响薄铜片单重偏差偏高的因素进行分析,贵溪冶炼厂电解一系列种板工序采取加强过程检查,及时修复导电棒、校平钛母板、优化标记方式等措施,有效降低了该工序产出的薄铜片单重标准偏差,单重标准偏差由原来的0.49降至0.44。
This paper analyzes the factors that affect the high single weight deviation of thin copper sheet.In the process of electrolysis of a series of plates in Guixi Smelter,measures such as strengthening process inspection,timely repairing conductive rod,leveling titanium plate and optimizing marking method were taken to effectively reduce the single standard deviation of thin copper plates in this process.The single standard deviation reduced from 0.49 to 0.44.
