摘要
为了改善传统弓形折流板换热器换热效率较低、压降损失大等传热状况,在大小孔折流板换热器开孔面积相同的条件下,建立了大孔形状分别为圆形、正方形和三角形的数值分析模型,应用CFD技术对大小孔折流板换热器的流动和传热规律进行了研究,得出了大孔形状对换热器壳程传热系数和压降的影响。
To improve the heat transfer coefficient of the conventional segmental baffle heat exchanger,in the same area conditions of its large and small hole,this paper establishes the numerical model of big circular,square and triangular hole respectively and uses CFD software to obtain shell-side fluid flow and heat transfer performances.The influence of the large hole on the shell-side pressure drop and the heat transfer coefficient are obtained.
