摘要
目的探讨微信视频教育对农村糖尿病患者规范注射胰岛素及自我管理行为的影响。方法选择2016年11月至2017年12月的农村糖尿病患者115例,分为干预组57例、对照组58例。对照组实施常规糖尿病出院健康教育,干预组在对照组基础上实施微信视频教育,包括建立微信群教育团队,推送微信视频,微信回示教、微信督导和延伸护理。比较两组患者规范注射胰岛素知信行、自我管理行为及糖代谢水平。结果干预组规范注射胰岛素知信行和自我管理行为提高,改善了糖化血红蛋白水平(P<0.01)。结论微信视频示教与回示教,有助于规范农村糖尿病患者胰岛素注射,改变自我管理行为,有效控制糖化血红蛋白水平。
Objective To investigate WeChat video education on coding insulin injection in patients with diabetes in rural areas,and the impact on their self-management behaviors.Methods A total of 115 patients with diabetes in rural areas were randomly divided into observation group with 57 cases and control group with 58 cases.Patients in control group received regular health education,in base of which patients in observation group received WeChat video education,including establishing WeChat education team,sending the health-teaching video,giving supervision and nursing care.The KAP of standardizing insulin injection,self-management behaviors and glucose metabolism levels were compared between two groups.Results The intervention group's standardized insulin injection behavior and self-management behaviors were improved,and the glycosylated hemoglobin level was improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The health-teaching video via WeChat in patients with diabetes in rural areas can help standardize insulin injection,improve self-management ability and effectively control glycosylated protein levels.
