摘要
张玉珍教授从事中医妇科临床工作40余年,对诊治多囊卵巢综合征有独特见解和经验。张教授认为,多囊卵巢综合征主要病机为肾、肝、脾功能失常,气、血、水失调,致痰瘀闭阻胞宫,辨证分型包括脾肾虚痰湿证、肝经郁火证、肾虚肝郁证,治疗上依据辨证论治与中药周期疗法相结合,运用三补一攻法(即辨证分型用药3周,活血通利用药1周),以周期节律诱导调节月经,并取得很好疗效。
Professor Zhang Yuzhen has been engaged in TCM gynecology clinical work for more than 40 years and has unique insights and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Professor Zhang believes that the main pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is"dysfunction of kidney,liver and spleen,dysfunction of qi,blood and water,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing uterus".Syndrome differentiation includes spleen-kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness,liver meridian stagnation and fire,kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.Treatment should be syndrome differentiation combined with TCM cycle therapy.The method of three supplements and one attack(three weeks of medication for syndrome differentiation and classification,and one week of medication for promoting blood circulation)was used to induce and regulate menstruation with cycle rhythm,which has achieved good efficacy.
