芫根是西藏一种种植历史悠久的食、饲、药三用作物。本文对芫根的营养功效和芫根加工现状进行综述,为西藏芫根的深入研究和产品研发提供参考。
Brassica rapa L is a kind of time-honored Tibetan local farm crops for food,feed and medicinal usage.This article offers an overall review of its nutritional benefits and processing situation,serving as a reference for the deeper research and development of Brassica rapa L products.
