摘要
针对机械制造车间路由器布局不合理,导致车间无线网络功耗过高、吞吐量过小、实际应用效果差的问题,提出了基于DNC系统的机械制造车间无线Mesh组网设计方法。根据机械制造车间DNC系统与数控机床的用网需求,设计了机械制造车间路由器布局目标模型,通过改进模型目标函数与约束条件进行目标模型优化。以模型优化结果为基础,设计机械制造车间Mesh组网整体布局及其功能模块、DNC系统应用流程,实现机械制造车间无线Mesh组网。实验结果显示,无线Mesh组网功耗更小,吞吐量更高,在机械制造车间DNC系统中的应用效果更好。
In view of the unreasonable router layout in the mechanical manufacturing workshop,which leads to the high power consumption,low throughput and poor practical application effect of the wireless mesh network in the workshop,a design method of wireless mesh network in the mechanical manufacturing workshop based on DNC system is proposed.According to the network requirements of DNC system and CNC machine tools in the mechanical manufacturing workshop,the objective model of router layout in the mechanical manufacturing workshop is designed,and the objective function and constraint conditions of the model are improved and the objective is optimized,the overall layout of mesh networking in the mechanical manufacturing workshop and its functional modules,DNC system application process are designed to realize wireless mesh networking in the mechanical manufacturing workshop.The experimental results show that the wireless mesh network has lower power consumption and higher throughput,and the application effect is better in the DNC system of the mechanical manufacturing workshop.
